Important tips for your holiday at Blankgut

Our apartments and the holiday chalet are available from 4.00 pm (earlier on request). We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment, extra-rooms and holiday chalet by 10.00 am on departure day. Winter guests: Please use winter car-tires and bring with snowchains.

Park your car right in front of our House at Blankgut in Wagrain.

We kindly ask you not to wear outdoor shoes indoors. Please bring slippers with you.

You can use WiFi for free in both our houses.

The speed is high, as is possible in the mountains.

So all our guests can enjoy the quality of our newly-renovated house for a long time to come, our house is non-smoking. Which means smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. You are welcome to smoke in front of the house or on the balcony.

We love dogs. Nevertheless, we have decided, for good reasons, not to allow dogs with us.

You can charge your electric car at our house!

Resort tax of € 2,30 per night and person over 15 years will be charged extra and includes the use of the Salzburger Sportwelt Card and the free admission of a member property into the Adventure pool Wasserwelt Wagrain.

We are a Adventure pool Wasserwelt Wagrain member property. As our guests you enjoy 1 free admission daily (winter 3 hours, in summer 1 daily ticket – on rainy days 3 hours in the indoor pool) to the Wasserwelt Wagrain swimming pool on production of your guest card.

Take advantage of the discounts on admission to sight and attractions in the region available with the Salzburger Sportwelt Card which you receive free of charge on arrival.

In order to confirm your booking we require to pre-pay deposit within 1 week of booking.

We do not accept EC cards or credit cards. Payment is only possible in cash or by bank transfer in advance.

More often than you think holidays have to be cancelled or cut short.

Cancellation conditions according to the General terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.

You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 months prior to your arrival.
3 months up to 1 month before the date of arrival, we charge 40 % of the total agreed price.
1 month up to 1 week before the date of arrival, we charge 70 % of the total agreed price.
Within the last week preceding the date of arrival, we charge 90 % of the agreed price.
In the event of no show or early departure we charge 100 % of the agreed price.

The unexpected can occur and your holiday has to be cancelled or cut short.

We would like to save you unnecessary costs and hassle.

Therefore we advise you to take out travel insurance for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).

We recommend Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
